The Industrial Design process with regards to the medical ecosystem is a process unique unto itself.
This process carries a comprehensive set of regulatory checks, an emphasis on patient care, user ergonomics and an abject desire for an efficient, safe and risk averse methodology.
Our process takes you from initial idea mapping and IP isolation through detailed research, exhaustive design & development cycles and ending with manufacturing ready products primed to hit the market.
Product Engineering
As with all product development cycles, engineering sits in a crucial seat. After all a good design isn't enough if it cannot meet production considerations, manufacturing and regulatory tolerances and thorough technical vetting.
Our process runs through multiple cycles of engineering detailing to ensure a concrete product backend. Working hand-in-hand with the design process from early stages ensures a fast, efficient process and mitigates unnecessary waste of resources and integrates quick prototyping as the project progresses.
